Ejatu Terms of Service

Welcome to Ejatu, the app discovery platform accessible at ejatu.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Platform and all related services we provide. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, creating an account, or engaging with any features on the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Ejatu to comply with these Terms. The Ejatu name and logo are registered trademarks of Ejatu or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Content except as expressly authorized by Ejatu in writing. User-generated content submitted to the Platform remains your property or the property of the relevant rights holder, subject to any licenses you grant to Ejatu in connection with your use of the Platform. You agree not to infringe the intellectual property rights of others while using the Platform and not to remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices contained in Content.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps

The Platform provides information and links to third-party apps that are hosted on Google Play or other external services. Ejatu does not host, maintain, or operate these third-party apps directly on the Platform. Access to and use of any third-party app is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the third party (for example, Google Play) and is separate from these Terms. We do not guarantee the availability, security, or quality of any third-party app, and any interaction you have with such apps is at your own risk. You acknowledge that Ejatu’s listings or links to third-party apps do not constitute endorsements, sponsorships, or warranties of those apps or their developers.

THE PLATFORM AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EJATU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY. EJATU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE ARRANGED AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND EJATU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD-PARTY APPS OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EJATU OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
